Welcome to Aaron Moore's site.
I'm a graduate of Harding University (a fully accredited liberal arts university) with a bachelor's in computer science minoring in art. I graduated in December and I'm aiming towards a career in game development upon returning from working abroad and seeing the world. My passion in life is, and has always been video games. Feel free to browse my code examples and my resume and send me an e-mail.
Also of interest is that in the final semester at Harding I went through a capstone course. A team of four must develop a game within one semester complete with art, audio, AI, and networking capabilities. I participated as a modeler, interface programmer, and gameplay programmer. The post-mortem for this project was published on May 3, 2007.
Goals:
- Continue to improve my programming, modelling, and scripting skills
- Complete Independent Game Devlopment Project - "Tears of Anwal"
- Upon returning from China, obtain a job in Video Game Development

In-development
"Besieged" is a game that is currently being developed for PC. The project is mostly a solo project with help from others who happen to be interested.
Art for this project has, to this point, been done almost exclusively by myself. I give special thanks to Rae Melton for coming up with our group's logo and the "Katalyst Studios" splash screen. Programming has been done by myself with help from the Garagegames community.
Overview
What is the project?
Besieged is a siege-FPS. The project is currently using the Torque Game Engine, and will be developed entirely in 3D utilizing advanced lighting, particle effects, music, sound, and it will include multi-player modes as well as a single-player campaign.
How's it looking?
Demo Video 1 - A short walk through the castle
Demo Video 2 - Basic AI/Gameplay test
